Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Masa mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

Service Description

Masa is a restaurant reservation platform that allows users to discover restaurants in Azerbaijan and submit reservation requests. We facilitate the connection between users and restaurants but do not guarantee the availability of reservations.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Reservations

When making a reservation through Masa:

  • Reservation requests are subject to restaurant confirmation
  • You must provide accurate contact information
  • You should cancel reservations you cannot honor in a timely manner
  • Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions

Masa is not responsible for the quality of service, food, or experience at partner restaurants.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information or impersonate others
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Make fraudulent or spam reservation requests
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App

Intellectual Property

The Masa App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any restaurant services booked through the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.
